Made from 100% New York grains, our three grain rye whiskey is produced from local grains and barrels, hand crafted and bottled on Old Tavern Farm. The unique three grain mash bill provides fantastic aromas, with the rye grain providing spice up front, followed by sweetness from the corn. Non-chill filtered, oils and flavors remain in solution for an incredibly smooth tasting rye whiskey.
